Download the template, fill the Email column in Excel (save as CSV) and import it. You can also type an email directly in any employee block. Employees without an email ID are skipped when sending.
PDF password
Set on every PDF when it is sent, so staff must contact IT for it. It is typed here each time and is never saved or sent to the server.
